Welcome to my blog

  My favorite subject, since the school, was chemistry. My first approach to chemistry was at school with a teacher I admire very much and she taught me a lot of things. When I went to a lab for the first time, I knew this was for me. Now, I enjoy every chemistry class I have, every day I learn new things and I enjoy every single one of them. In general, I like the subjects that the career I am studying has, and without a doubt, chemistry makes it much better.

  This is the photo I would like to talk about in this post. I took this picture in the summer two years ago. Every summer, with my family we usually go to the same place, a very relaxing place located in the north of the country. It is a beach that is not usually visited by many people, so I take the opportunity to be there and sleep there in the afternoons under the sun. I also take my dog with me and he has a lot of fun around the sea and chasing the seagulls. This photo has a meaning of peace and tranquility for me, a place where I can rest and get rid of the worries and stress that are always present in my life.

 Hi, this is my fourth post and I'm going to talk about my favorite foods. One of my favorite things to do in this world is to eat. I often eat junk food, it may not be as healthy as eating fruits or vegetables, but I really love to eat this kind of food, such as: french fries, pizza, hamburgers, etc. Once a week, I make a pizza at home, first I prepare the dough and let it rest for about 3 hours. Then I add the ingredients that I would like to eat. I think that making pizza at home is healthier than eating a pizza bought and made outside.  I also like to eat fruits, I always try to eat a fruit in the morning every day, whether it's a banana, apple, pear, pineapple, peach, strawberries, etc.     

 When the quarantine started, at the beginning of last year, I had to buy a new computer to adapt to the virtual classes, since the one I had was not very good, from that moment on it became my favorite technological object. Currently, with the COVID, I spend most of the week on my computer, it is the place where I can watch my virtual classes, talk to my friends and play different games with them to spend time together, watch different types of movies and series, Since the pandemic began, it has undoubtedly become my favorite technological object. Before the pandemic, I didn't use to spend so much time on my computer, I barely spent about 3 hours a week on it, but now it's the opposite. It has been a very important object to lead my life in pandemic.

Hi, this is my second post. When I was a child, I liked the idea of being an engineer, because I liked to build things when I was little, either on the beach building sand castles or with my toys. Later, my interests changed, and I began to like science more and more. I did not know what career to study. I have always liked chemistry, so I already knew that the career I would choose was going to go that way.  When I finished school, some friends and my family told me about the chemistry and pharmacy career and I loved it when I saw it, and here we are, this is going to be my second year here, and I hope many more

Hi everyone, welcome to my first post. My name is Miguel García, I´m 21 years old, I was born in Santiago de Chile, I´m studying Chemistry and pharmacy at the university of Chile. I live with my parents and my brother.  In my free time I usually watch different movies, play videogames with my friends or listen to music. Before quarantine, I practiced sports often, I played volleyball with my friends at school, they were really fun and exciting moments. In my summer vacations, I go to Caldera, I usually go to the same place every year, because my grandfather has a beautiful house there with nice views of the sea. I also have a dog and a cat. I love them both very much. Here is a picture of my pets sleeping <3.
